Pricing is individualized to the number and ages of the children in your family. We offer discounts for siblings, as well as family discounts. Families of greater than 4 children, will have individualized pricing based on the ages of your kids. Please reach out for a personalized quote for your family.
One time enrollment fee: $125
All new patients will have a minimum enrollment period of 12 months.
We also offer a limited number of memberships at special rates to current medical/dental residents and fellows, as well as students with families.
Special pricing for out-of-town college students.
Membership Pricing:
Infants: 0-24 months: $200/month
Children 2- 4 years: $170/month
Children 5 years and up: $140/month
Family Maximum: $365/month (up to 3 children)

Prenatal Consultation with a Board-Certified Pediatrician
Newborn care at the hospital
Visits in YOUR HOME at:
2 days, 2 weeks, 1 month and 2 months (at minimum)
UNLIMITED phone and text support from YOUR pediatrician instead of a triage nurse
Weight checks as needed
Lactation Support in YOUR HOME
Package rate includes the enrollment fee. Upon completion of the 4th trimester package, membership may be continued at the standard newborn rate.

After this, there is a monthly membership charge that includes everything you need from a primary care pediatrician—about the same cost as your daily fancy coffee or one family dinner at a restaurant. Unlike insurance-based primary care, our costs are predictable, simple, and transparent. Life has enough surprises. Medical care bills for your children shouldn’t be one of them.
