We’ve had several different providers that she is coordinating with and checks in with us regularly. “Our son unexpectedly ended up in the NICU for 2 weeks after he was born due to complications from delivery. Both drs. Allie and Keili saw us in the hospital. Dr. Keili checked in on us each day and checked in with our son’s NICU team daily to stay updated about his care plan. Her knowing what was going on each day was extremely helpful to us. Not only was it comforting to know that all of our son’s medical providers were on the same page, but she could walk us through and explain anything that we didn’t understand. She was always able to explain complicated medical things in terms that we understood. We really felt like she was with us every step of the way. She was not only there to support our son, but she was supporting us as parents as well. Dr. Keili doesn’t just treat our children, she provides care for our family unit.”
