This means that we limit the number of patients in our practice so that we have the time to focus completely on each individual patient without any interference by the insurance companies. Your child is no longer one of thousands of patients that a doctor may take care of. Your doctor truly knows your family and your child receives personalized care. To meet these unique goals, the Direct Primary Care model is set up as a simple membership-based subscription service. Included in this membership are all primary care services provided by Greater Cleveland Pediatrics. As your pediatricians we will provide the comprehensive primary care that your child needs to grow and the guidance necessary to give you confidence you are making the best choices for your child. It is care delivered the way medicine was meant to be.
Included in your membership:
All well child visits
Unlimited sick visits (and yes, this means no co-pays!)
Newborn visits in your home until age 2 months
Additional sick visits in your home at your doctor’s discretion
Unlimited phone, text, email, and video communication with the doctor
Direct access to your child’s pediatrician
Convenient scheduling, including same day or next day appointments
Extended, unhurried appointments
Timely appointments without waiting
School, sports, or camp physical forms
Comprehensive care coordination including with pediatric specialists, emergency room, and hospital follow-up
Basic in-office testing (such as flu, RSV, strep, urinalysis)
Procedures such as suturing, splinting of fractures, wart removal
Lactation assistance
Adolescent care including management of sensitive issues for teens
Primary care mental health services
